Jungler farms for whole game?

I was in a bot game and this jungler (Sion) farmed for an entire game. He would finish a camp, recall, and repeat. Once he tried to solo the baron, recalled, and continued to farm elsewhere. The entire game he did this. Does anyone have a reason?

Edit: They seem to play in pairs now...
