Just recently, I got perma-banned for being negative in the community. The first time I say negative things for one game, I get perma-banned. And my friend is being negative since 2015. But no, he gets chat restriction for like only a week? I don't understand. Does Riot just hate me?

You don't get permabanned for one game (unless you said something worthy of Hitler's recognition). You have gotten restrictions, temp bans in the past, and since you ignored them and CONTINUED being an ass in your games you got permabanned. Riot does not "accidentally" ban people. You deserved this ban, and if you decide to make a new account, you better shape up and become a decent human being.
