If somebody is telling their team what they are doing wrong and you ban them because the people on their team took context negatively that is bs. If you ban somebody for telling their team they are trash over and over and putting them down thats understandable. I hope this game dies out. people making ban choices need the ban.
There's giving advice and there's being a jerk. You can give advice but you have to make sure that it's not delivered in a way that's just you yelling and raging at them. For example, "stop feeding" is not good advice, but "try playing safer and hug the tower more" is good advice. Regardless though if it's clear that the person isn't receptive of the advice then just drop it and move on rather than continuously pester them about it.

Its all in the context. If someone doesnt want you to tell them what they are doing wrong, but you continue, then its harrassment.
Similar to if someone is following you in real life...... it could be someone trying to give you your wallet back because you dropped it because you have a hole in your pants, or they are stalking you. Or both. Might look behind you to make sure nobody is.... errm.... trying to give your wallet back btw.
