Tantrum you are just what Riot needs to destroy their company. I hope they have more employees just like yourself. The real world allows you to speak your mind, but in Riots world words like terrible, pathetic, and bad gets you permabanned. Luckily in the real world the Police don't go around killing people who break the laws that they don't even know about. In Riots world they don't tell you what words will get you banned just let the feeders and trolls report you and Riot employees like Tantrum don't have the brains or balls to punish the players that cause the toxicity. Good luck tantrum and Riot. I will go spend my money on Heroes Evovled.

You are allowed to speak your mind in the real world, but just like here the real world also has consequences for what you say. You can very easily be kicked out of a restaurant, bar, or any other business for insulting and verbally harassing others, be it employees or other customers, In fact, you can even be fired doing this, all just for "speaking your mind." Also, continually doing this even after numerous warnings can result in you not being allowed in that place of business again. That's pretty much what's happening here. You were given multiple warnings that your behavior was not acceptable, yet you continued with it anyway. The reason for your permanent ban wasn't because you were calling others terrible, pathetic, bad, useless, etc., it was because you continually did so even after multiple warnings saying that unacceptable to do this. You essentially showed Riot that you had no intention of changing your behavior, so Riot permanently banned the account.

I it is not really debatable if this course of action was right or not, it was. I never received a restriction since Season 2 (because i started there). So i would say you could have taken the warning, like an adult or get banned, easily.

Also, you realise i now could ALSO, call you many things, insulting things which insults you as a person and your intellect as a whole, since you made such a ... good comment, because you thought that 2 games got you banned, even through you got FAR FAR more chances than you deserved. But im not insulting you directly, because there is a summoners code aka rules for not beeing a dick.

Next time (This game or another) try to read beforehand what is allowed and what not. Of course you can Scream whatever you like, but if they forbid it you will get punished accordingly, if you can't understand that... well then thats just sad.

Hello riot tantrum, I've recently been wrongfully banned from the league community for false accusations of scripting. I've been trying so much to get my account back. I've been sending multiple tickets to show proof and have been replying countless times. I've also started a discussions board and one of the kind players recommended that you are a bit more experienced in this field. I've been getting the exact same messages from different riot workers in my email saying that I've "CLEARLY" been using scripts and cheats and my account will NEVER get unbanned. But I am so confused for I feel as if it's because of my win rate with singed? I was a s6 silver 1 player and I just hit diamond 5 while playing mostly singed for I think hes the best champion for me and he suits my playstyle really well. I've tried everything to get my 3-4 year account back. I started playing ranked @ season 2 when it was just elo system. Please if you can give me any assistance.

has multiple meanings and i can assure you that it is not consered "threatning to afk " in most cases . As there is nothing after it can be easy misunderstood but just few examples

"im done , i need to farm " "im done with ganking " " im done " as im dead " im done " as im tilted " im done " as i want to surrender

maybe its uncommon but i neverer understood "im done " as " im gonna run it down mid and int " or as " im gonna soft int " yea its pure tilt , its fresh like ocean's salt but its not what you meant

PS. i dont say the ban was unjustified

I agree the phrase can have multiple meanings, but "team useless" provides more than enough context for me to feel comfortable with my interpretation, even more so when you look at his other logs.

I've always seen "I'm done" as "I am frustrated and don't want to play this game anymore." I think that's a fair interpretation. It's just often accompanied by AFKs or intentional feeders.

ok i play about 5 games a day ( not now #finals week ) and i've never seen anybody AFK or int after they said "im done " literally never, am i lucky ?

But for real , it might be just mine observation but the "im done " saying is most common from people that are the most try hards in a team , yea they are also the most tilted but they never surrender. I might be wrong and it might be luck but from my experience its the guys that try to hard carry that say this quote and they are just exhausted and tilted from how the game is going

If you want to see tens of comments that will tell you that you deserve your ban and its 100% justified you can stay here because thats what will happen.

Imo you were just salty and tilted but punishment system takes into consideration frequency of behaviour more than its severity so basically you've shown you are salty and tilted often. You are not a toxic player yet you got banned because you've shown you give up easily and you show your frustration in chat. Uh and btw report calling is punishable , so thats what got you banned

My advice: why do you even speak in chat ? if you consider them boosted monkeys why do you even bother to type in chat -_-

i think you think about post from yesterday what i exactly said (if i remember correctly ) "bitching , crying , giving up is not punishable "

or smth in those lines. Nothing i said can be understood as " being negative wont get you punished " because bitching, crying , giving up is not a negative behaviour , its annoying yes of course but its not harrasment, calling smn bad, trashtalking etc. in this case we have the opposite of this , mild harrasment , calling out others , blaming others which is not what i meant by "bitching crying giving up "

imo giving up is smth like " p_lz guys just ff , or open we lost gg _" that a tilted player says in 15th minute after he died 5th time. and if you consider that negative its ok. Imo its just harmless tilt and because of harmless part i dont consider it negative i think if smth is not directed at anybody else and is just crying in chat it shouldnt be negative.

Yea its pathetic and annoying but its not violating rules , unless being pathetic is against the rules then i agree im wrong.

technically speaking, the community is the one making up the rules. As the system learns from what the community deems as reportable.

so if majority of the community thinks that it is offensive, then offensive it is.

example: if "mickey mouse" was a term that caught on and is being said in every other game, and every game it was said, someone reported it. Which means "Mickey Mouse" has a 100% reported rate (keep in mind this is over millions of games per hour) and is deemed toxic and will get you a punishment if you said "mickey mouse" too often.

By the above example, "Mickey Mouse" has nothing to do with the TOS, but yet people will still get punished for it.

I'm going to rate ur chat on a toxic scale where 0 is non-toxic (purely descriptive, a bad way of teaching, or simple expression), 1 is descriptive but non-constructive (probably not worth banning but needs some tact), 2 is completely useless toxic spam. 3 is something so bad that nobody should ever type it in league and 4 is worthy of an instant permaban. I hope this list helps you.

You have the same problem the tribunal has. You have no idea what happened in game. You gave a 3 for me saying nautilus was the only good player. He was the only good player, check the game, check the stats, it wasn't sarcasm at all. He was the only good player yet you have me a 3/4 on your toxic scale. Another reason why ban people for what they type in game is a joke. As I said before I used no vulgarity or foul language. Sad to be permabanned.

You are forgetting one thing. There are three other players on your team who get berated by that statement. In the context of the other things you said in the game it is easy for the other three, who are also just having a bad game, to think that you want them to uninstall.

Dude I Spent over 7k use on this game and got perma banned and yet they still wont undo it. I hate to say this, but riot games is just a bunch of fooking coonts that need to go fook themselves, because of how corrupt they are here
