so i just wanted to say that they handle management of their automatic punishment system terribly and if we keep going down this road riot will lose all of us from way back i was a long time supporter of Riot until i got banned for telling a karthus to stop dying like you are inside lol, ever since then i refused to purchase anything from riot anymore and mind you ive spend over 3,500$ in league over the many years ive played but ive had it i remember when you could give someone constructive criticism and they met it with zeal now u try and give advice and ur "toxic" also i dont feel safe dealing with male employees anymore with all this stuff about harassment coming out its getting harder and harder to trust riot anymore

I dont think that's the only thing you said to get punished. Posting the rest of the logs would help clarify things.

But yeah, the stuff that came out about riot made me deeply uncomfortable, but a lot of tech iand game companies are like that so I dont hate them any more than other ones for doing the same thing. I keep them separate from the end product- you can enjoy music made and produced with or by terrible people and not necessarily support them.

To be fair, telling someone to just "stop dying" isn't constructive behavior and for people who are learning, it is annoying to be told to "stop dying". I don't really excuse their behaviors if they respond with lots of toxic comments/insults but do realize that it is annoying as bad games happen to everyone.

Yeah sorry but their system works, granted it can rarely make a mistake you are definitely overplaying this. Earlier this year I got hacked and someone played on my account for about a week and got me 7 reports in just 2 days. He was incredibly toxic and I received a ban, lost my honour rating and lost my Blue essence as well as RP. I appealed to support and within a day they helped me, lifted my ban and gave me everything back that I lost. Riot cares about their fans and they're more than willing to help them in a tight spot. Guaranteed you were toxic mate. Cos if it was that easy to receive a ban I would have been banned ages ago.
