As we close down on season 5 with so many negative behaviors and bans. Lets give them a chance. A chance for a change. How about everyone who got lower priority and bans (not permanent bans) to be unbanned and lose their lower priority. Many players who have reached 20 min of lower priority don't go back down. How about we reset that? New Year! New beginning![slayer-jinx-wink]

Why should there be a reset of low priority queue timers when all it takes to reduce future low priority queue wait times is to have a history of not leaving or afking games your games? That shouldn't be difficult at all.
