Chat restricted over other real offense really ?

ok hear me out,

I got chat restricted for the second time in maybe like 6 years, to be honest i dont even know what I said that might have been consider toxic but yeah i might have been a bit rude, which i get you get reported its fine. The problem i have now is that for more than 1 year we've been 6 persons reporting a boosted account that we know pretty well, we know the normally bronze 1 or silver girl got her boyfriend play on her account to boost her to diamond 2, and we've been tons of people reporting 1-2-3-4-5 times that she is getting boosted and that he is boosting and NEVER even with screen shots and proofs, riot has NEVER done anything ...

and i'm rude 1 game and I get chat restricted and lose all honors ?

I find this so unfair and don't have words to describe it... but its as if riot preferes boosted players to be rude or say something uncalled for once... I thought boosting was the biggest offense in Riots head..

I get that I might have deserved my chat restriction... but to see other we've been tons to report never getting banned or warned is kind of really tilting me..

you can get fake reported by people who dont like you 1 game and you'll get ban, but you can boost someone for years and riot won't do anything ? thats what i get from this restriction...
