Perma ban problem

Hi, I logged on today after not playing league of legends since the release of Aurelion Sol, I remember being silver 5 and I logged on a week ago and it said my account has been Perma banned, and they sent me the chat log of the guy using my account. I have a 13 year old brother that plays on this account but some of the words he was using were out of this world, I asked him about it and he said no he hadnt been playing for 2 months. So I think someone had hacked onto my account and has been playing on it, I am not necessarily mad about the perma ban. I am more angry that someone i dont know had been playing on my account and lost me all my money I have put around 1k dollars into the game since i started playing in season 1. I started to fall out of love with in once Aurelion Sol came out because every game a rengar would just blow you up or an akali and the game was just out of control haha it was fun but it started to turn into a large meme. I know after the words that this man or boy or girl or woman had been saying i would have done the same thing if i worked with riot. The poor children hearing those words must have been shocked i have never heard the c word so many times. So waht i have read is you cannot get un perma banned if it was riots mistake but it wasnt it was whoever was on my account but what do I do now i put in so much money can i get the skins and champions transferred to another account? I do not necessarily play the game as much but it is always fun to go on a normal blind pick game with some friends and run around at like 600 speed with pulsfire ezreal. Is there anything riot can do for you or does your money just get taken and you have to start over at ground 0? Now i feel robbed! if it was me who got perma banned I would be fine that's because i would have been a douche, but should i be punished for someone else playing on my account!!!! I never shared any of my account details with anyone and my brother is not the kind of person to even know what the C word is! Anyone know of anything i can do?
