afk's in ranked...

I played ranked games like everyone else, and i recently encounterd a afk in my ranked. I wanted to remake my game, but the afk wasn't actually 'afk' but was just standing lvl 1 the hole game. can you make a option if a person is maybe 3-6 lvl's behind you can still remake?

And another thing that happend was that someone was afk the hole game (again) in ranked, we eventually won. I was happy, but also thought why does the person wins too? He did nothing the hole game, my idea is to let afk's lose LP if they are still afk at the ending of the game?

If the player doesn't move their champion, buy a item, or anything and is just sitting in the pool the /remake will happen. It's likely they came in, moved and bought an item to troll you and then just proceeded to afk. You can easily get leveled up from one to 6 to catch up IMO, but by always simply coinciding a remake if things aren't the way you like them doesn't seem like it is healthy for other people.
