Chat restricted for nothing?

Hello Guys, It's Manhattan, playing from s2 and i just got my 2nd Chat Restriction. I was toxic before years and thats where i got my first chat restrict.

But today i got 2nd one (10games) for nothing. Mostly of my chat is complaining about my players dying and what my team is supposed to do in specific situation. I never said "kys" or something offensive like that. Can someone (riot support pref) answer me why im chat restricted? It's forbidden to complain now or what? So it's better to punish people that spamming random bs in the chat than people that actually trolling the game and never play as team and just stay afk at fountain and not even trying to win the game? I don't get it for real. I guess soon i will be banned permanently, because i just can't get used to being trolled in ranked games (p1-d5 trash elo). I will add a photo with my chat and if someone can tell me something worth chat restriction me i will appriciete it. Sorry for my bad english, its not my mother language so. p.s; I also lost my honor because of that? xD
