Trolling/Intentional Feeding on SR
Summoner Name: Obviously can not name names but involves the word "kill" and then a certain ethnic group.

Masteries: 0/18/12 (same on both 100% of the time; only 1 page set up)

Runes: 3 Greater Quints of Revival (that's it; only 1 rune page set up)

Total Ranked Games: 23 (2W - 21L)

KDA and CS on Ryze: 0/24/1, 22 cs/game

KDA and CS on Amumu: 0/23/1, 48 cs/game

Item Builds: buy multiples of any ONE of the following per game: Stinger, BF Sword, Giant's Belt, Negatron Cloak, Faerie Charm, Warmog's Armor, Thornmail, Dagger, Sheen, Cull etc. eg: Ryze: 6 Rejuvenation Beads; 40 minute game w/ cs of 30 and K/D/A of 1/30/2.
Now this player has been spamming ranked since Level 30 and repeating the same nonsense. In the last month, 135 games (normals prior to ranked was unlocked at level 30) are all exactly the same. This equates to over 1,200 players who have had to put up w/ this obvious troll.
I could go on and on but what boggles my mind is, HOW has this person evaded the system by constantly trolling/intentionally feeding LITERALLY every single game for the last month? Surely, 100+ games are enough to convict someone w/ hundreds of reports coming in?
I just wanted to bring this up so this example can be investigated by Rioters to see where the system is failing to perform and fix whichever shortcomings come up.

**Before anyone says that they must be new and so learning still, let me eliminate any doubt. **
In games where this person had fed to the point of being worthless (gold earned upon killing them is not worth much), they offer in /allchat to reset their bounty if the enemy team feeds him a kill.
Now, I highly doubt a new player who has yet to learn what to build on the only two champs they are spamming w/ the same summoner spells would know how bounty reset works. In addition, how many times must they have been told by the 1,200 players they impacted about their summ. spells and builds? I suppose we should cut the number to ~550 teammates (assuming the enemy team did not mind a feeder as well as 20 mins. surrender or open mid wins). So, from the ~550 people, there must have been hundreds of people telling this person what to build or tell them to fix their summ. spells in champ. select. Yet, here we are.
