unfair permaban

Hi guys, yesterday was the last ranked day for season 6 and I was hyped. Finally after the hard work I'm gold and I'm getting my rewards, then I got an email saying that I got permabanned. "Your account: (username here) was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client.". I was surprised because I never used a malicious 3rd party program of any sort. I'm very aware that scripts or hacks will get my account banned and I'm not stupid to waste my grinding to gold for a script. I sent a ticket to support and I'm waiting for them to reply. Anyone knows why would riot consider as 3rd party malicious program? I use shadowplay to record and it shows an FPS counter in-game, maybe it counts as a modification to client? I'm not really that good with scripts or stuff. I'm really sad that riot banned my account after all the time and money I spent on it (+250 euro). I don't think I'm gonna ever go back to playing league, not gonna risk investing 2 years or so just to get banned again. My summoner: HÜN73R

I doubt it was ShadowPlay, as I use it, but was told by a Rioter that is something they don't currently ban for.

lol has an inbuilt fps counter that you can toggle in options i think so doubt that is the reason

What a joke Riot is! I got banned for the exact same reason on my main account when i hadn't used it for 2 weeks and my second acc is not banned both played on the same client.

Well for that particular ban reason, you had to be reported and reviewed by a human.
