Advertising In-game Mute Function

I would like to suggest Riot to advertise the in-game muting function more often. We live in a world where people get offended off the smallest things and in league of legends, this offended person reports the offender. A lot of times this one time offender doesn't receive any notification for being rude or offensive. And even more often the offender isn't even offensive. Now there are cases where a player is highly offensive and action should be taken.

I suggest implementing a better warning system of a player being reported for toxic behavior, i.e. you were reported last game continuing this behavior will result in a chat ban. Another addition to the in-game settings that I would like to suggest is to ability to mute your own self in chat. A lot of times people who are toxic tend to tilt their entire team, but if that player understands that they are toxic and lack the discipline to not type toxic messages, then a self mute setting would be extremely useful.
