How can riot fail so hard to moderate their game?

Almost every single game I get someone is trolling to try to bait a response and get someone banned. They don't even have an interest in playing the game, they play to ruin the game for everyone. This however is not a bannable offense. The only bannable thing seems to be having smite when you're not the jungler, or saying fuck, or other words recognized by terrible bot. Feel free to tell people they have downs every game though.

This stupid bot doesn't work. A bot cannot work to moderate this game. Everybody knows it doesn't work.

you are right but there is no other way to do it. too many games being played. for a person to review 1% of them from 1 day of games would take weeks of work. only a computer program can handle the volume

You can use a bot to select people who are reported a lot, and haven't been reviewed lately, and have people review those games.

Maybe not the way you see it happening. but yes basically this is what Riot does....Good Luck !

it actually doesnt, the bot still does the "reviewing" except in rare cases where human insight is needed

Let us be clear about this, You May get punished by Riot ...But to get a perma-ban is to have a real person review it.

I'm going out on a limb and going to guess that you have had Major problems before this and if you don't listen to the other people your going on to get More problems!

I wish you good Luck and hope you see why you are asking about punishments before you have learn the hard way.....Really, GL
