Wrongfully banned accounts!! HELP

Hey guys please help,

My account has been banned for third party programs ( so they say ) and Riot Support says

"Your account was permanently suspended after a thorough investigation confirmed the use of scripts, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized third-party programs to gain an unfair advantage in game. Accounts that use such programs are subject to permanent suspension as these compromise the competitive integrity of the game."

Meanwhile I have never used such program. This is the truth and it is impossible for them to come to a conclusion of me hacking because I never have. I do not know where they are coming up with this. Because I got good with Xerath and people reported me for scripting? Is that even possible to get banned for?? Multiple false reports?

Riot Support has closed this appeal and wont unbvan my account:

The ban was not a mistake and will not be lifted under any circumstances <---THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE. I HAVE NOT DONE WHAT THEY ARE SAYING I HAVE DONE. PLEASE HELP
