Player on team used the N Word

Was super toxic to the other team. It was a duo mf and nami bot lane. I camped bot lane and kept killing the enemy adc and supp. So our bot lane decides to start all chatting the other team calling them names and stuff. I went to farm rift. And nami went to take the buff. I got it instead, then she called me the n word and told me to uninstall "%%%". Me and supposely the whole enemy team rpted both of them but no pop up this time.. And you guys say the n word and f word is no tolerance and it's a ban but no ban to me. and honestly I rarely rpt people and usually when I do I get that instant feedback pop up.
