My increasing toxicity

So lately i've been having some problems keeping my calm and i have said some things i'm not too proud of and things that other people wouldn't be proud of either, the reason i'm making this post is to ask how i can keep calm and not be so toxic (Yes i have received a suspension and yes i think personally it was deserved, maybe it should have even been longer than 14 days). If there is anything that you know of that might help me keep my calm it would be appreciated if you left a comment.

I guess that really depends on why you're raging. If it's because of how your teammates play, then I'd suggest looking more critically at your own. End of the day ranked matchmaking is generally similar team-wise, so if you can make yourself play better than that games average, you'll start moving up, you'll get better teammates and (hopefully) will rage less. If it's because of text: enter the game and type /mute all. It prevents the tilt before it happens, and nothing bad will happen to you, everyone uses pings anyway. If it's because losing sets you off, especially in ranked, then I'd say a break (perhaps for 14 days) sounds like what you need for some perspective, and then see how you feel coming back.
