I was just perma banned on my birthday (my luck) and I never got an email why :(

So I just played a fire fiora game and carried hard. As I got out I went to check my lp and my profile is blank and im like oh its probably just rito servers messing up again. I log out of log back in and boom, perma banned. I never got any email why or anything like that even though it says check your email for more info. I think I probably got banned for third party software cause I see a trend of people saying thats why they were banned today. I have been using Lolwiz for about a week (an overlay league of legends program with stats, builds, etc) and I suspect that could be why I was banned. there was a wave of bans going out that a lot of people got wrongfully banned for, send a support ticket in and tell them your case and give them full details.

you'll get an automated response, but after that you need to reply to it with the details and it should be looked at completely

Try logging in, it should say why you were banned.

Riot, why do wave bans instead of checking player records? ex:

Player ALWAYS does bad as a champ but suddenly wins OVER AND OVER AND OVER with an AMAZING score as that champ.

If you were banned without them saying why, it was for the recent 3rd party bot ban wave. Good luck getting your shit back, I've given up and moved on to other games.

If you bought an account online there is a very high likely hood it was bottled and therefore banned, I know a group of 5 dudes who bought level 30 smurfs for low Elo games and they all got banned in this wave, all account sellers not its super cheap and they make money, but you will suffer, none got emails, sounds like account buying to me just saying, a pool of 5 people I know in real life all had this exact same thing, and I know they bought cuz they told me rofl :) I just leveled my mid level account cuz I don't like doing stuff like that, got scammed once buying currency on a game, learned my lesson real quick lemme tell ya
