Quit game for harassment

I , for one take a zero tolerance approach to harassment. Life is too short to accept it from any venue, anywhere.

I'm clearly not the best gamer out there, I'm still learning many of the champions like so many of you. But when that translates to fielding harassment from others on my team, I draw the line. Every time. But my options as far as self regulating these attacks are limited. Mute and report (to no real conclusion), or quit the game and try again with a new set of gamers.

Mute works sometimes, until the offender decides to use in-game antics to negatively affect my game. Quit has its obvious setbacks, but is a much better alternative to further subjecting myself to the jerks in the game. Of which, there are many.

I wonder if Riot will offer other options for self regulating harassment in the game? It would be nice to weed out the trolls and have a game we can all feel good about. But until we are relieved of penalties for taking a no-tolerance approach to their antics, the power is unfortunately, in the end, in the troll's hands.

Honestly, I'm ready to quit playing. I have better things to do than get bitched at by a 15 year old who thinks they are god's gift to the gamerverse.

Riot, please. Get you priorities straight.

Another alternative is to just queue up with friends or people you have positive experiences with.

I am sorry you feel that way. I don't think it is as common as it used to be, and you are likely to find the same amount in any online game with unlimited chat abilities.

So you quit games if others don't behave as you want to? Grow up.
