Toxicity is literally tilting me off this planet

I know that with the number of players that play this game that nothing can really be done to solve this issue and this is really just something to blow off steam, but the number of toxic players I get in my games is tilting me off this planet. This past week or week and a half I've had a game where I was flamed about my ign by two people in a ranked game where they then proceeded to int and then afk and another game where my support got ignited and failed to dodge a jhin w at 70 health while she had flash up. She then came back to lane and started taking cs equating to 400 gold because I apparently owe that to her for not healing. After she decides to stand and laugh while I get pulled by a blitzcrank and for the rest of the game she spams her own teammate's death timers and flames our mid laner as well.

Needless to say I am nowhere near enjoying the game as much as I had when I started playing.

The one that gets me is when you're playing ADC and the support won't stop hitting cs. They'll stand there and AA minions. Then when you ask them not to and explain that you set up minion healths specifically so you have time to last hit each before the next is low enough to last hit between AA resets they get mad, throw a tantrum, and start straight up stealing the cs on purpose right before they leave you down the 1v2 then try to talk shit to you cause you do badly. I don't ever say it, but in my head I always think "yea yea, you made me do badly this game, I'll probably do fine next game but you do this thing that messes up your adc every game because you don't know better. When you wonder why you lose so many games, well, I know the answer to that"

You get that, it happens. But can you count how many times you got more teamates who are just sorta silent, who are nice, or just simply play the game? Probably not cause your brain only remembers the bad, and not the good unless you focus on it.

I had this happen to me. I finally got fed up with one guy constantly calling me all the names and hate speech on the planet that I just exploded on him in game and muted him.. 10 game slater I'm done with my chat restriction and that person doesn't get punished at all even tho he was reported.

Riot needs to go back over their reporting system because it's only seeing one side of a conversation. hell, riot will allow intentional feeders to continue to feed and ruin people's gaming experiences without doing a god damn thing..

on the serious side, i've had people who say stuff like "SAO is shit go kill urself weeb" i just tell them "if u recognize the acronym, u r probably a weeb urself n u r being a hypocrite for not killing urself" and mute them afterwards. Muting wont stop them from inting but it will save u from tilting off the solar system

I'm fine about people being angry at a losing game to a certain extant, I understand you wanted to win and in one way or another you want to vent, makes sense.

But I hate with a passion those who basically make it their mission to tilt their teammates after they made a mistake at the beginning of the game (mostly first blood). Like come on, it hasn't been 5 minutes and you flame to no end, it's like you WANT us to lose. Those people make me way too salty.

i love how i got a warning for reporting a guy on the other by shaming other people and calling everyone losers and what not. so match ends and i tell to calm his tits and that he is the real loser and he reports me and tada warning and penality to my behavior :D

the #1 cause of toxicity = everyone has to play nearly 200 hours every year to make up for auto-demotions. It's not fun and every year I play less, 6 months of not very fun games not worth a few months of playing in silver. A few improvements i thought i would be in gold, but 7-3 and 8-2 promos the past two years both sent me down 5 tiers. The "bronze for life" attitude i now understnad, i.e. anyone that has a job or other hobbies ! So bronze is very hellish due to people that want to go up getting frustrated with every wasted hour, and chances are their rage is pointed at someone that just doesn't care because they know they will never play enough games per year to get out of bronze. Hence, this ranked system makes no sense to me. 5 winners go up 5 losers go down..there is no need to "reset" and punish everyone. P.S.....casual gamers tend to spend money to progress more quickly and so do people with jobs, the current system of going nowhere for 200 hours pushes both away from the game. It hurts everyone's enjoyment of the game...and loses LoL tons of money.
