Suspended and I don't know why

So today I logged into my account and I got this message

"This account has been suspended until July 28, 2016. Please check the email address associated with your League of Legends account for additional details."

I checked my email and it only said that "Actions that have been performed on your account are in violation of the League of Legends Terms of Use." I have no idea what this is all about?

I never even bought any RP for this account, never gave anyone my password, never used any 3rd party programs.

If Riot decided that I deserve the suspension then I could be ok with it but at least I would like to know what was the cause. I did absolutely nothing suspicious on this account unless I got banned for smurfing

Open a ticket to the support board they'll tell you for why if an email isn't clear enough Smurfing is not banable account sharing is

Not quite sure why they decided to do this. Hopefully someone can actually discuss about these ban with no explanation. But from what ive been seeing on these boards a 14 day ban with no message/email usually has to deal with trolling/intentionally feeding. Its hard to tell for us since we can only look at your score, and while some matches could be legit, im sure someone actually looks into the game of these reported incidents and judges from there. Like i said we can only see from your score, so those (for example) 10 deaths might look normal to someone who just glaces over, it could be that those 10 death were one after the other which most people would call intentionally feeding.

I would say contact support and try to get an answer from them. yes it does suck that they dont say why in the message, but i assume this is a new feature for them and they still need to work out everything to run smoothly.
