So this is why I got a 2 week suspension on League of Legends. Can anyone explain to me how this is toxic enough to be bannable? I'm slightly confused to be honest

Did you have a 25-game chat restriction before? (also I'm not the one who downvoted the post, I reserve my vote up/down until after I get questions answered)

There are a number of possibilities here;

You were punished for this chat following a previous punishment (typically a 25-game chat restriction)
You were punished for zero-tolerance chat in the pre-/post-game lobbies, which the IFS didn't present
You edited your chat logs to omit zero-tolerance chat
You were given an undue punishment (unlikely)

There are different tiers of punishments, and they generally follow this path:

First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction
Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction
Third Offense: Two Week Suspension
Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension

Your chat consisted of you constantly berating your teammates. Calling them bad, brain-dead, idiots, and rank shaming them on top of that is definitely punishment worthy. I'm guessing you've had a 25 game chat restriction in the past. Any punishments after a 25 game chat restriction typically result in a 14 day ban, though it is possible to skip punishment tiers based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account.

This is far from "constructive criticism" as you stated in your other post. While I do think a punishment is warranted, this log alone probably wouldn't hit you with an immediate 2-week ban.

That being said, your last game that had a Trist in it was 4 games ago, which is slightly unusual as far as punishments go, especially 2-week bans. Are you sure this was all the chat you were shown? Did you try scrolling down?

There are four levels of punishments for being toxic, 2 chat restrictions, a 14 day ban then a permanent ban. If you have already had the chat restrictions your next offense after the 2 weeks are up will be a permanent ban. If you don't show change after the first punishments they escalate, so if you've been punished before it isn't "are these ban worthy" it's "are they punishment worthy". If the answer is yes then you move up a tier in punishment. If this is your first offense send in a support ticket to riot to either have them review it or clarify if the logs aren't clear....and since they send 3 games of logs and you only have one either you left it out or didn't get them.

hate to break it to you, this is not a mistake. you get banned for typing a fuck ton in games and flaming, there are no bans shorter than 2 week suspensions so next ban is permanent.
