You have 2 choices. One of you take the hit and dodge or play the game out and report him afterward. If you decide to play the game out, you also have 2 choices. Go double jungle or try to salvage the game and go support rammus (wouldn't be the first or second or third time I've seen it with limited success). Whichever choice you go with, it is best to mute ALL your team because there are likely flames to go around from all party and you don't want to get any on you. Most definitely do not flame anyone. Quietly report the Mundo after match. This is the punishment-free approach to it.
