Forgot to report a name after a game, am I just out of luck?

New to the game, I know you're supposed to do reporting in the post game, but wanting to not see the racist username won out over my thinking brain and I clicked X too fast. Will Riot bother to go after this guy if I create a regular ticket? His chat was OK, but the username was really, really racist and only a bit less sexist. Slight letter substitution. Obviously intentional.

I see what you mean. You can submit a ticket or report the name in the Boards Discord.

There's these 3 guys who decided to team up, troll, feed, and report me for not picking an Attack Damage Carry, when I specifically called support. Their names are <Removed By Moderation>.
