I got banned for no reason, like really, just check it out.

I tried to login in 2-3 days ago, and i found that riot says i am banned for using third part software, then i checked my email to see what happened, the email was send in 2/5/18, but i wasn't even playing after my last match in 1/1/18, so how am i using hacks when i wasn't even playing the game and how did it detects me using it. Then i asked riot for help, they give me no explanation or evidence, they just simple replied "sorry you are banned", nothing we can do. For cheating bans, they don't ban a person immediately after discovering the software. They ban people in waves so as to prevent people from discovering their detection methods.

In waves like a month later? The problem is that i didn't use hack. If i did why am i still in sliver, ill be in diamond.

The timeframe is not divulged, only that it's done in waves and unlikely to be instant.

It's impossible to prove to me that, nor would I have any power to do anything if you did.

If Riot banned you for cheating they are convinced you used cheating software. From Riot's perspective there is little reason to divulge their reasoning to you. If they are convinced, they believe you know you were cheating, so the only outcome from telling you something that you already know you are guilty of is just weakening their detection methods.

If you are truly innocent, you need to think of reasons why Riot is convinced that you aren't. Did someone use your computer to play league? Did you log into league on someone else's computer? Both of those situations would result in a big problem for you if they installed a league cheating program onto the computer. But don't get your hopes up if either of those cases are true, since Riot will likely keep your account banned since it's up to you to make sure the PC you play the game on is clean.

I do have dark souls trainer, but this is like the only reason i could think of. I got this trainer purely because i wish to save some time,the only thing i did is to add some souls to level up.

Like I said, it's impossible to prove to me that you didn't cheat. Just as it's impossible for me to prove to you that I don't cheat. Neither of us have enough information unbiased from hearsay to make any sort of informed determination.

Exactly as this user said. Also, they won't be giving you details about how they know you were using 3rd party sofware because it compromises the methods they use to find hackers. If people knew exactly what in their program was letting Riot detect it, they may be able to hide or change it.

As far as I know ,Riot doesn't tolerate cheaters. nice try tho

So, there's clearly a bunch of games played since 1/1/18, all with very high KDAs, great win rates, and different champions than last calendar year. You haven't offered any explanation for those games. Were you hacked, or did you lend/sell/otherwise transfer your account to somebody else?

Yes, multiple games with double-digit kills and under 5 deaths.

And you didn't answer my question. You stated that you haven't played since 1/1/18, but there are notably skillful games being played since then, mostly ranked. This gives the impression that you were being boosted. What was going on in those games?

You're welcome to plead your case in a support ticket, but as I and others have said in this thread, your history makes you look boosted. You were silver last season too, but there's a sharp difference in your match data between last year and this year.

In the 19 games you've played in January, you only had four losses. You only had a bad KDA in one of those losses, and had a good enough KDA in ELEVEN of your 15 victories to be considered "hard carrying". Your win rate last seaosn, on the other hand, is much closer to 50/50, with a fair share of good matches offset by bad ones.

I can't prove anything, but it sure does look like boosting or scripting to give you an edge. Regardless, I'm not the one to convince. Good luck with your support ticket.

you have a ton of games after 1-1-18...

On top of that, you went from playing Aram, SNow urf, adc's and mid laners..

THEN immediately went into ranked, won about 15 games in a row as a jungler, which your match history never showed you practicing. They all had relatively high kda's.

You boosted and got caught.

lying to me solves nothing. You had ONE teammate that was playing with you, and she was carrying every game. From what I can guess,

booster on your account. That booster was duo queue boosting with another player for those games.

lying to boards solves nothing, RIot has a reason for banning you. I'm fairly certain i'm correct about why that is too.

If it wasn't you playing then it was indeed someone else as there are clearly matches there from 1/2 to 1/17.

Your match history clearly indicates boosting. People don't just immediately switch the way they play, the game modes they use, the champs they use and everything else overnight and immediately are carrying every game.

im not writing an essay,im just listing what i think here. Well it all seems people who aren't banned are not going to help, all they gonna say is hey lmao you got banned, i dont believe every word you say, all your matches with good KDS are not legit. But seriously what if your the one who got banned by doing nothing? And i think riot is not taking responsibility, unlike csgo where there is actual people reviewing the case. What riot do is they use this whatever system they are using, and response on what the system shows. Its really not okay to all peoples who put their money and energy into this one account and got banned by mistake,unlike what steam and many if not all games do, they dont offer you a chance to prove yourself like submitting a replay or let a actual person to review the case. I talked to a employee yesterday, all they replied is sorry we cant do anything because our SYSTEM believe your using hack. This is very irresponsible to players, but since its free and league got such a big player base, they are able to do this, but to peoples to put moneys in they are customers, its riot's responsibility to help their customers, but i dont see any from them, my two tickets is marked solved today without any answers. Im not saying players who used hack should not be banned my point is they should add some ways to prove your self like letting a actual human being to review the case or letting you submitting a replay or a log whatever. im not writing an essay,im just listing what i think here.
