im not writing an essay,im just listing what i think here.
Well it all seems people who aren't banned are not going to help, all they gonna say is hey lmao you got banned, i dont believe every word you say, all your matches with good KDS are not legit. But seriously what if your the one who got banned by doing nothing? And i think riot is not taking responsibility, unlike csgo where there is actual people reviewing the case. What riot do is they use this whatever system they are using, and response on what the system shows.
Its really not okay to all peoples who put their money and energy into this one account and got banned by mistake,unlike what steam and many if not all games do, they dont offer you a chance to prove yourself like submitting a replay or let a actual person to review the case.
I talked to a employee yesterday, all they replied is sorry we cant do anything because our SYSTEM believe your using hack. This is very irresponsible to players, but since its free and league got such a big player base, they are able to do this, but to peoples to put moneys in they are customers, its riot's responsibility to help their customers, but i dont see any from them, my two tickets is marked solved today without any answers.
Im not saying players who used hack should not be banned my point is they should add some ways to prove your self like letting a actual human being to review the case or letting you submitting a replay or a log whatever.

And when i said i want a explanation, what i mean is i want to know the because or why i got banned, im not asking how they did it i only want the reasons,like they detected me using hack or i got reported,of course im not asking how their system work, and they're not going to show me how their system work,so to all of those peoples who said something like this "exactly as this user said. Also, they won't be giving you details about how they know you were using 3rd party sofware because it compromises the methods they use to find hackers. If people knew exactly what in their program was letting Riot detect it, they may be able to hide or change it." Please, think logical.
