Permaban for 3rd party programs?

As the title line says, I've been flagged and banned for "using" third party programs. The only programs that I have been using Discord/Skype, Overwolf with the LoLwiz and Replay hud add-ons (which I don't think is an illegal program cause I see streamers using this.) I'm at a loss and I really don't want to lose my account for no real reason.

If there is any Rioter that can contact and help me get this resolved, it would be greatly appreciated. I really would like this settled and I hope for some way to prove my innocence and get my account back.

anything that interacts with league is considered 3rd party and is use at your own risk But be sure to open a support ticket

You'll want to use a support ticket for that.
