Will I get banned?

I was in a ranked game and someone asked me to 1v1 him after flaming the entire team. I said ok lets do a 1,000 dollars worth of rp 1v1 and he agreed. After the game ended he said he would send pictures of me doing extortion of a minor even though he had not told me he was a minor when he agreed to the bet. Will I get perma banned if he sends these photos?
