So on 8/21/18 I got 2 week banned, after playing consistently and getting roughly 1-2 honor per game on average, I got honor level 2 back last night. I suppose they really wanted to drive the point home to not be toxic, but jesus it took me almost exactly 9 months of playing to get back. I don't know if I'm an anomaly, but essentially if you hit honor level 0 you can expect to not get your honor for that entire rest of the year.
But we're free boys. 
Eh, it varies from person to person. Different things can affect it. Number of games played per say, if the entire team honors someone, honors from non premades (as they are worth more), and behavior in game. It is possible to delay honor gain without actually receiving a punishment.
But good on you for reaching H2 again.
This seems about par for the course. Honor system is a mess tbh. Congratz on qualifying for season rewards tho :)
Should stay locked honour 1 for a year honestly. People never reform

the system is broke honor means nothing you can be honer 3 and have one bad game and get banned so its useless
