Permanently banned with out a single warning? not even chat restriction or a 2 week ban?

My name is The Luck Train, and that past couple of games i had played on The Luck Train i was a little toxic ill admit. But that is because i was having problems at home and i was taking it out innocently on the players in the game. And i was not even that toxic, i feel like a chat restriction would have make more sense in this situation so please. Or even a two week ban, which would make it my first temp ban ever on that account so please, if you can, review the case. Thank you, The Luck Train

You did have a chat restriction, but your case was escalated to a perma-ban due to the constant usage of hate speech (zero tolerance) and the extreme nature of your behavior.

Dude dont bother, Support team cant do anything about it they dont give a crap. Their Job is to " explain" thats it. Making up a story whether it would be true or not about how screwed your home life isnt going to help at all. Make up whatever you want they wont care.

I know this because I have showed them hacks and screenshoted everything I was doing wrong on purpose and their rules which are " every account treated as separate entitiy" is a big flaw. In the beginning my emails were precise and to the point, they keep delaying the ticket not doing the necessary actions theyre suppose to, instead just delayed it ultimately to the point where they just ignore me lol.

So with my 4 perma banned accounts, use of hacks and misconduct of taking other players username and passwords and they dint get rid of me ( IP ban) then Why the hell would they care about your slly little insta perma ban?

just know that this is one of those games where the game sucks but mostly everyone addicted and the fact that any support staff is useless.

EDIT: Riot Tantram's comment indicates that the issue is the first possibility I listed. There's not going to be a way to get your ban reverted in that case.

Sounds like there are three possibilities here:

Your interpretation of the behavior in question ("not even that toxic") is vastly different from both the other players in the game and the Rioter(s) who would have manually escalated your account to a permanent ban.

Your post here does not follow the typical pattern of an outrageously toxic player that believes they've been unjustly punished, (i.e. "FUCK YOU RIOT UNBAN MY ACCOUNT NOW!!!") which is definitely a point to your side in this Boards case you're making.

Mistake on Riot's end.

Possible. Not hugely likely, but most definitely not off the table. Send a support ticket and have a discussion.

The ban was for reasons other than behavior.

Regardless of the reason for punishment, you should have received an email about it. Check that and see if it might be a problem with chargeback or account compromisation.

If you went straight to perma-ban, then changes are that your "little toxic" contained something riot severely frowns upon like a slur of some kind.

In my experience this never happened to me. Have never just revived a single instnt perma. Id send a ticket to rito. If you actually dont have any past issues im sure you will be fine hope it gets resolved mate everyone has bad days.

rather, what year were you banned till when you attempt to log in?

I find that Boards are a fairly unreliable way of contacting Riot staff. I would recommend submitting a Support Ticket instead. I've always been able to get a response from Riot that way.

A couple notes before you proceed: -To my knowledge, it is very unusual for Riot to overturn a ban. It does happen from time to time, but only when the ban was clearly an error on their part. -Support and Player Behavior have a constant backlog of tickets to go through. It's not unusual for a response to take weeks. Don't bump your ticket after you submit it, that moves you back to the bottom of the queue.
