Can't get riot support?

I got suspended from League of Legends on this account, however, I do not know why. I tried to contact riot support and they asked me to answer a series of questions. I could not answer them all right, so they weren't able to tell me about this account. The thing is, they did not tell me which questions were wrong, some of them were things like: "What were your first 5 champions?" As I have almost every champion on this account, I don't know how I'm supposed to remember that.

I was wondering if there was any other way of confirming to riot that I am indeed the owner of this account, since they don't seem to accept passwords.

If they told you what you got wrong, if you didn't know because you weren't the account owner they'd just be giving account verification information way and compromise the process! Just try to answer as much as you can as accurately as possible, they will try to work with what you're able to provide.

I don't know specifically what they asked you, but some of the typical information they'd be able to use is;

Username (login name) Summoner Name Region Account creation date Date of birth on the account Location where account was registered Explain how you first gained accessed the account Other people that have accessed the account First ever RP purchase (date and item) What you've used Refund Tokens on First 5 champions you purchased Gifts given and received on the account

Just try to provide anything that could possibly help identify you as the account creator. You can always reopen the ticket to try and give them more.

Check your email of the account, find the date used in making the account log into riot games not league of legends and check the account info champs and payment stuff, is idgaf, but rest you can find by having access to your email and account

Why would they ask you this things when you are logged in into the banned account? Makes no sense in my opinion... What did you ask them ?

Wouldn't it be simple to just tell them the cc info you used on the account, check the day you used the card to buy riot points Confirm with valid Drivers Licence or whatever form of Id is acceptable, give a code to everyone(like blizzard) to get account verfied quickly then when this happens, you submit this long ass number than only the owner would have/or the cc + ID to confirm payment history then ask for the stupid hard info like 1st 5 champs(cause clearly everyone memorized theirs)(yi/ali/trist/ryze/mundo) go crazy hacking me
