Can't get riot support?

I got suspended from League of Legends on this account, however, I do not know why. I tried to contact riot support and they asked me to answer a series of questions. I could not answer them all right, so they weren't able to tell me about this account. The thing is, they did not tell me which questions were wrong, some of them were things like: "What were your first 5 champions?" As I have almost every champion on this account, I don't know how I'm supposed to remember that.

I was wondering if there was any other way of confirming to riot that I am indeed the owner of this account, since they don't seem to accept passwords.

If they told you what you got wrong, if you didn't know because you weren't the account owner they'd just be giving account verification information way and compromise the process! Just try to answer as much as you can as accurately as possible, they will try to work with what you're able to provide.

I don't know specifically what they asked you, but some of the typical information they'd be able to use is;

Username (login name) Summoner Name Region Account creation date Date of birth on the account Location where account was registered Explain how you first gained accessed the account Other people that have accessed the account First ever RP purchase (date and item) What you've used Refund Tokens on First 5 champions you purchased Gifts given and received on the account

Just try to provide anything that could possibly help identify you as the account creator. You can always reopen the ticket to try and give them more.

I did try, but look:

"Account creation date"

How am I supposed to know this?

"Date of birth on the account"

Does anyone actually use their real DoB?

"First 5 champions you purchased"

How am I supposed to remember?

"Gifts given and received on the account"

I don't keep documentation of 3 years of receiving and giving gifts.

I looked through my old emails and I don't see it.

Check your email of the account, find the date used in making the account log into riot games not league of legends and check the account info champs and payment stuff, is idgaf, but rest you can find by having access to your email and account

I'm logged in right now (as you can see) but all I can see is Match history and email. Match history doesn't go back to 2013 though...

Why would they ask you this things when you are logged in into the banned account? Makes no sense in my opinion... What did you ask them ?

Ask why you got banned... When you ask why you can't log in they might think you want to have account data.

Being able to log into an account doesn't make you the owner; they don't want to hand over account management to someone that stole the account, which is why verification like this is necessary.

I´m sorry but if someone logs into the account and asks why he got banned they should assume he is the account owner...

No, just, no. Are you saying that if someone stole your account and got banned, then tried to get it unbanned so they can continue playing their free stolen account Riot should give it to them simply because they were able to log into it?

He had the account anyway ...

He is not asking for his account data, he asks why he got banned. The ban reason won't give him access to anything. And even if they unban him, he had the account before he got banned... so where was the owner? Why didn't he contact the support?

None of that is a reason to hand over management or give private account info to the wrong person (there is no reason). Why the owner didn't contact support is irrelevant, but it could be for very legitimate reasons such as the person had not used the account in a while and wasn't aware of the compromise, or an illegitimate one such as the owner was willingly sharing the account (that isn't' allowed and will result in the account being locked anyway).

There is no wiggle room here; If Riot assists the thief they are responsible for the compromise or any further damage done.

Makes no sense for me. This guys is already in this account, he is not someone who tries to log in. I would understand that questions if he wanted information about email / RP buy or etc.

As he contacted the support as soon as he got banned and he doesn't pretend that his account got stolen he at least seems to be the one who is responsible for the ban. So why don't tell him the ban reason?

Wouldn't it be simple to just tell them the cc info you used on the account, check the day you used the card to buy riot points Confirm with valid Drivers Licence or whatever form of Id is acceptable, give a code to everyone(like blizzard) to get account verfied quickly then when this happens, you submit this long ass number than only the owner would have/or the cc + ID to confirm payment history then ask for the stupid hard info like 1st 5 champs(cause clearly everyone memorized theirs)(yi/ali/trist/ryze/mundo) go crazy hacking me
