BANNED FOR TELLING TEAM TO SURRENDER?

so today i got suspended for telling my team to surrender after someone on my team afk's i really don't understand how i get banned for telling my team to surrender while...

  1. i have an afk on the team (am 99% sure they are not banned) 2.the whole team is spam pinging me and flaming me in the chat for apparently not doing anything. now am not saying that this was my best game but at the same time i went 3/3/2 with 122 cs against a teemo that was really abusing the range difference while playing olaf and never going afk and trying to be useful by pushing out and taking the objectives i can. like what do you want me to do?

the one thing i will say is that maybe but a really big maybe the part where i say the report my jg and calling them idiots is a bit toxic? since i know the jg really doesn't have to come to my lane and the whole team was spam pinging me and flaming which obviously tilted me but is calling someone an idiot or saying report somone that toxic to ban me if you really that offended by me calling you an idiot then mute me

dear riot 1. somehow please change the surrender system because it really is not working since there are people that will on purpose press no just so others have to suffer and waste time i mean what am i meant to do if i alt f4 am just gonna get banned so i have to play and make the game even longer for no reason since its already lost am not saying its 100%lost since there is always a chance for winning but when the main source of the teams dmg goes afk and the rest of the team are just feeding...

2.fix your banning system because this is really not working as well just looking at the chat does not work you need to add something like and overwatch form csgo with chat or something because people can just to easily ruin games without being detected for going afk since the are still moving around or just afk farming all game or even soft feeding which is also no really detectable just by chat

calling out your team for feeding is in fact harrasment

to be fair by the same logic you could have muted them if they were flaming you.

2 members of your team actively trying to win (especially if they are the fed ones) isn't wasting time though.

now the thing is, although it is mildly toxic, this 100% does not deserve a ban. this either means you edited the logs, are taking only one game out of context despite riot giving multiple chatlogs, or this has been a minor offense that you have done consistently and escalated to a suspension.

No. You got banned for calling your teammates idiots, for threatening them with reports and for overall being toxic.

If the deem the fact that you are ruining their experience intentionally, you are banned. the player decides if they still want to play or not, if they are intentionally trying to keep people playing to suffer, its bannable. if they want to keep playing because its fun, its not.
