Player Recognition with Getting Honored

Hey League Peeps,

I don't know if anyone had ever posted an idea like this, so I apologize if I am being repetitive.

When you report a player for whatever reason, a text box is prompted to give a brief explanation on the basis of your report. It gives RIOT a little background before they look into specifics; kind of a way to help them begin looking at the specific player's behavior.

With that being said, why not include a text box when honoring a player on the opposing team? Sure there wouldn't be much purpose for doing so, but I think players should have documentation for their exemplary behavior.

I think this could be applicable two ways:

  1. I am not sure of the basis for getting honor/teamwork/friendly/helpful ribbons, but perhaps if their was a certain level of comments specific to one of those, that could earn a summoner the ribbon.
  2. If a player had a bad day and maybe was toxic in a game (which I do not condone), when RIOT evaluates a report, they could also see if this player was ever documented for good behavior and be able to weigh both sides in making their decision.

Again I'm curious, and I welcome feedback :)

i mean the reasons for report are already self explanatory. And they stated there redoin honor in the near future.

Honor is not a get out of jail free card. The system was already tailored to not punish first offenses (unless extreme)

Also, I don't think a "Reason for honor" box is needed. its a waste of data, and provides nothing
