Why be punished for dodging a game that you know people will troll
This is a terrible idea to have to wait 30 mins because you would rather lose 3lp than 20 beca
use you dodged a game clearly full of trolls

Think about it for a moment. Why do they have punishments for dodging? It's not specifically tied to people trolling, so get that out of your head and take a moment to think about it.
If you're done thinking about it, but still don't know the answer I'll give you a hint right here: It has to do with people dodging in order to get the exact position they want. Oops, I gave it away.
Would be really nice to have the team be able to "abort" a queue. If 4/5 people vote that they need to "abort" then the games requeue'd. I think that would help. It's just not fun to know that your team lost in champ select. It's not fun to know that people are going to duo mid or jg annie or jayce adc or you're a team of mages without cc vs. an entire team of cc and juggernauts. Would be great to have a feature... but to allow people to dodge.. maybe once every 24 hours... if that.
