Permabanned for getting upset at flaming/inting teammates?

Hey, so I've played League since season 2, poured thousands of hours into the game, maybe $150, got mid diamond most seasons (not that rank really matters). Just got permabanned today however, after a 2 week ban about 2 months ago from getting mad at an ahri running it down mid.

Obviously what I said wasn't fantastic, but it also in context almost all the time was either a joke that from chat logs doesn't look like one, or in response to actual flamers and inters. What are all of your opinions on this? Would appreciate some feedback, thanks!

You should know never to ask for reports. Apparently, you didn't catch that from your previous warnings. Or didn't care enough to research it to find out if it's necessary. But it's not. It's not the fact that you got upset, it's the fact of what you said. Remember, Riot always says you're responsible for your own actions. What your teammate, enemies, or anyone during the game says or do, it all depends on what you do and say. In this case, you disregard the Summoner's Code from the Code of Conduct and disregarded your previous warnings. So you've been punished.

And no, you didn't get permabanned from one game. You got permabanned for disregarding all your previous warnings and suspension. Riot didn't see that you were able to control your attitude on that account, so your account is officially banned.

TL/DR You are not allowed to ask for reports, or react/ respond negativity in game even if someone is legitimately breaking the rule or "defend yourself" if someone is verbally attacking you.

What it breaks down to is If a player can't emotionally handle losing a game, even one lost by legitimate rule breakers, and chooses not to mute the verbally abusive ones without responding that is the fault of the player not the game , not riot , not ranked .. the player.

No matter what game mode your in certain things just are not allowed

If you are getting stressed out over a video game even ranked that is your issue according to Riot you have no right to bring into into the game in any ways shape or forum

In other words you ( according to Riots behavioral policy) have no right to

  • be verbally abusive/ verbally offesive
  • react or "defend yourself" against others being verbally abusive
  • chastise those legitimately breaking the rules
  • Chastise those who you don't agree with
  • complain about anything
  • Rant about any personal grievance in the game
  • giving any type of negative commentary regarding whats happening in the game

Doing any of the above can lead to various punishments including permaban's

So here is the lessons you should take from this on the mature and civilized way to handle things which will also ensure you are following Riots behavioral guidelines

So yes if someone is saying the most vile insults to you ever spoken,

the proper action according to Riot is mute and report without any response including " report x or i'm muting you"

If any amount of people are breaking every game play rule in the book

The proper action according to Riot is ignore them don't respond with anything -- even "report x"

Neither of those rules are "impossible" or "high standard"

yes you might lose a match and some lP if in ranked its still not a sersiose life or death situation if you do.

and really---

Which is the best coarse of action if you don't want to be punished given Riots current policy?

1 Not reacting or responding in any way shape or form and losing a match and some Lp ...which really has no "real value" and can eventually be replaced

2 Reacting, "defending yourself", "sarcastic " responses, chastising rule breakers or simply just complaining about think you don't like in game and risking losing your entire account that does have monetary value?

The safest option is in other words if you cant say anything positive ..without being sarcastic about it .. don't say anything at all.

If you pick option 2 its inevitable that you will eventually end up perma banned
