Riot had confirm that calling someone flamer/troller is punishable, even if he admits it.

Is saying to some1 "stop flaming (+/please)" also punishable ? because a flamer is some1 who flames. and if u call some1 a flamer you are actually accusing him of flaming, and thats why it is punishable. and so in the same way, saying to some1 stop flaming should also be punishable because u are practically calling him a flamer. But you want to say "stop flaming" because you are a nice guy and you want to stop the conflict in your team and make them start focusing on game... so.... is this a paradox riot needs to clarify, or im missing something that u guys can explain it to me ?
