so i was banned when my brother used my account and was toxic on it.. me not knowing how toxic he was when i was out of town. i know how its my fault for not changing my password, but i put so much dedication and money into that account it has alot of sentimental value. please help me.

Letting other people on your account is a bannable offense. If you have a problem talk to your brother.

also i didnt even know he was on my account till i got home and it was perma banned. i didnt tell him my password he lived at my house so he found it and got on it when i was away. he cant unban my account.

Your account security on your end is your responsibility. It would be one thing if it was hacked because of some virus or keylogger, but this doesn't sound like it was the case.

Keep your account information secret from now on.

The thing is that riot is obliged to make that as a rule and make people responsible for their account security, otherwise pretty much anyone getting permabanned for the same reason could argue that his brother was playing on his account to get unbanned, that would be stupid.

Riot can sometimes unban people in this case only if the account was hacked and that there is obvious proof of it being hacked, which isn't the case here since it's not hacking at all, just a mistake from your side.
