i was permaban for supposedly using a 3rd party application i know of no such thing do not want to grind to 30 again and do ranked at the end of the season so pleas unban this account please it is hard to play with my friends as they only play ranked

By the looks of it you did infact account shared with someone and the summoner spells are in the wrong place from what you always had them and somehow did really good with vayne with no a game but alot of them but your next game you did vayne your summoners was in the normal place of what you have them in and you went 0/7. Sorry but you need to tell that other guy you were banned for him using 3rd party programs... most likely scripting.
The person you shared your account with in October of last year was probably scripting. Friendly tip for next time you get boosted by an ADC main (Vayne main, from the looks of it), ask him to use flash on the same key as you. Nothing out of the ordinary here at all :3
are you sure the person you're sharing accounts with isn't using 3rd party apps?
Perhaps it was the fact that he account shared to get ahead in ranked that got him banned. No scripting needed.

Not sure what to tell you. You're gonna need to talk to riot about it because they don't ban people for 3rd party apps w/o absolute proof for it.
I haven't shared my account with anyone that's the bad thing I got hacked back then and reported it and if I'm being ban for that reason then this is entirely stupid cause I've changed my info 3 times from then
