what can i do to give riot the best report?

I’m tired of playing a ranked game and having people from the champion select trolling. I almost wish there was a kicking system from champion select so i could get rid of these people. I’m not sure what riot should do in order to improve the community but something does need to be done. I like the new honor system it shows that riot is trying but this has turned into where everyone gets honored for no reason. There aren’t any real rewards for people to actually behave and try to build the community and not make it worse. So to ask riot and everyone else on these boards, what is the best thing to do in my reports to show that the people i report aren’t cause they died a lot or were just having a bad game but were actually doing things that are punishable offense or against the summons’s code? I love league and want to continue to play but I’m so tired of having these people in my games nonstop! It’s just giving me a negative experience. So riot employees if you read this what do you look for or what should i say to appeal to those who look at the reports and do the punishments?

  1. Only report serious issues. Mass reporting (ex. 9 people per game) will reduce the influence of your reports if you constantly report people who don't deserve bans.

  2. Include details of why you report someone, especially if what they are doing may not be obvious. If they start spamming the N-word a simple report should take care of it but if they are being really passive aggressive or something less obvious like that then include a brief summary of the behavior so that, if it gets hit by a manual review, the reviewer will know whats up.

  3. If something is particularly bad, go to the support page and submit a link with clear evidence of things like them admitting that they inted in post game lobby.

  4. Remember, you only get a notification if you were one of the last reports to contribute to a punishment. There are, more than likely, many players (depending on how long you have played) who have been punished thanks to your reports that you never knew about.

the report system is largely automated and is pretty good at catching bad behavior.

It just does a horrible job in letting you know that it has punished someone.
