Someone thinks they lost at champ select so they decide to troll

Had a jg who goes and pick in champ select decided to have cleanse and smite and proceeds to say: "I'm not wasting my effort, you guys lost at champ select." He thinks no one bans yi after being picked by the enemy. Why would anyone decide to troll in ranked games EVEN IN CHAMP SELECT!?

CAN WE PLZ HAVE A REPORT BUTTON THERE?!?!?!?

I dont want to see people give up, troll or anything throwing in my ranked games.

And i do not want to wait 20 mins and get -20 ip just to report him
