I read through that log twice. I didn't see anything "toxic" about it. At least, nothing that, were I in charge, was worth a "Time to punish" type of thing.

Here are two etiquette rules you should adapt for yourself:

  1. If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything.
  2. Don't talk in chat. Period.

If you talk and someone gets offended or pretends they're offended then yes, it's considered toxic according to Riot.

Moral of the story, don't talk in game.

P.S : I was getting trolled this game by a 3 man premade who would not communicate not even in pings,only to flame

This is somewhat toxic... I just had a toxic as hell Udyr. :( I said one thing to him. 'Gank Udyr'. Near the end of the game, he tells everyone to report me and my nami support (Who was silent all game) for being toxic. Stuff is unreeeaaal. Normals ftl... but ranked and draft is even worse as of late. People complaining to much that somethin' is OP or their champ is now so underpowered, etc. when they've just been making non-stop mistakes. x.x

Nothing in there alone stands out as super toxic to me personally. That being said though however, I do agree with LegendaryLemur's analysis on the chat log in that there are a couple of points here and there where you are pretty negative in-game. While it's not the most toxic chat log I've seen, I'd still definitely punish it for sure though, but that's just me. Try to use this time to improve on your behavior and remember, if someone refuses to stop being a jerk/troll after you've asked them once or twice to stop then just mute and report them after the game instead of retaliating negatively against them. You can defend yourself as long as it's done in a respectful manner.
