Do you know why people can feed and not get banned?

whats the problem now? everyone of us has one of those games one day. you get banned when you have like 5 in a row where you buy 6 boots and go 0/100 or something like this. this vi is right. she wont get banned because it happens to everyone
Everyone at some point has a game where you do super bad. If you got banned every time that happened there wouldnt be anyone playing league because everyone would be banned.
