Account hacked and now im banned

hi there!

i wanted to play LoL like every day but i got a big message saying "permanently banned". there are chatlogs posted which i would ban myself for... my account seems like got hacked or something. the email has been changed but without any permission or notification to me. two days ago i got 1 notification after a game that my account was logged in somewhere else.

i already submitted a ticket at the support page but i dont know if i done it right. (under "help me recover my account" which you have to be signed out for, so i cant check the status now)

can someone please tell what to do now? im kinda desperate right now...

you just wait and see what they have to say. hopefully they can help you recover your account. unfortunately for you that might actually be a few days before u get a response so just gotta pray that some rioter in charge of accounts took some extra strong coffee and is power working through those tickets.

You did it right! It's to ensure that anyone who compromised your account won't have access to your ticket and muddy things up. Updates to your ticket will be sent to your email, and you'll work with the Account Recovery team via that email chain. I do want to mention, however, permanent suspensions that occur while your account was compromised might not be reversed. Players are responsible for the security of and actions on their accounts.

not getting my account back would be a total horror... lots of money went into it :-(

You wanan invest your money into a company that has shown an unwillingness to help and assist its customers you get EXACTLY what you deserve. You are about to witness what thousands of dollars of purchases mean to this company as a victim of a hack. Enjoy that grind to 30. Bet you'll be dumb enough to keep buying RP
