Not ending games and trying to spawn camp

Just wondering if I'm the only one who thinks this, or is it just considered just bad manners? If your waiting for minions to kill the nexus, and just trying to kill people on spawn is what I'm talking about.

Yes and no. Should only be punsihable if they mess up and you manage to wipe them and end the game.

Otherwise, you are welcome to surrender.
