I've been falsely accused for Scripting

Just Today when I logged into League, a message popped up and said I was 'Permanently Suspended'. So I checked my email and they said I was banned due to the use of malicious use of 3rd party programs or modifications to League of Legends. I swear to God that I had never even used scripts nor even think about them. Recently, I had heard Riot began un-banning accounts that were falsely accused and I think I deserve to have my account re-viewed and checked. I sent a support ticket asking Riot for evidence and footage to show me proof.

If anyone has any suggestions about what I can do, Please let me know

Ask them which program was detected which led to the ban

ever used skin preview/custom skins? ever let a friend/family member play on your account? ever played with your account on someone elses pc?

you file edited, that is seen as a 3rd party. Normally not a big deal, but it does change league of legends You probably just tripped a sensor that scanned and saw the edited files
