1 report = Perma ban? Help me out community

Whats up guys,

FInished my 2 week ban just about a month ago, been doing pretty well with being reformed! the temptation to be angry sometimes is just a little too much sometimes but ive held it in! Just finished this game up with a very toxic galio, unfortunately I did say "you're useless to him after his 3rd death. Yeah this was wrong but after hearing him flame all game it was a pretty shallow insult. For the rest of the game i was just telling vi dont come bot because we are losing and trying to convince others to report galio, (maybe a bit too much) this came to 5 times in a 20 minute game. gonna paste the chat logs below for you guys to take a look, anyone got any advice on how to remain calm in these situations or is just muting the only way!

In the past I have been very toxic but since my 2 week I've been good since this account is my pride and joy. Anyone know if there's a way of proving my calmness, maybe by showing it on another account for a period of time? Anything would be helpful as i'm determined to get this account back. thank you.

Your 14 day ban notice tells you that your next punishment is a permanent ban.

This can be the case if the behavior in the game you were reported for is punishable, and if you had a previous 14-day ban.

In this log you not only called Galio useless, but also implied he's a child whose mom buys him accounts, blame the game on his attitude, constantly mention his behavior, and repeatedly ask for reports. None of this is okay.

I'm afraid I can't bring good news -- Riot does not unban accounts, and have no policies that allow someone to recover an account by playing on another account.

Without knowing you personally and how you tend to deal with frustrating situations, I'm not sure how helpful I can be here. There are a ton of suggestions one can make, but how much they help varies hugely from person to person.

You can't get permabanned accounts back unless it was an incorrect ban, which probably wasn't the case here. Your only option is to create a new account and try avoid new punishments. My easy tip is never type any phrases. Use pings instead. Pings are also a good way to unload anger since you can spam ping stuff and as far as I know none have gotten banned for that.

You won't get it back.

I'm pretty sure you didn't know that threatening for reports and having a defeatist attitude constitutes as mild toxicity. Which means your reform period has probably actually been mildly toxicity instead.

Don't tell people you're muting them if you're not. Actually muting like you said you would would have prevented this ever occurring.

Also don't ask for reports, it's unnecessary and annoying to others.
