Ok my screen froze tring to chnge my video settings in game(Ranked 2games in a row) so i had to force shutdown my laptop and came back into game and fished it. now i have a 5game low priority quene. this needs to be fixed

Then stop trying to change your game settings in a ranked game. Do it in a custom.
Are we agreeing that your punishment was deserved or is agreeing for agreeing with you that you shouldn't be punished?
Either way, if you restarted your computer and joined back to both games as soon as possible then I don't know if the system would have punished you so quickly. Did you disconnect and not reconnect to either game?
but it gets annoying when you reenter the game an fish the 45 min left and u get afked
