I was a very toxic player and got my 10-Game-Chat Restrictions, as well as my 25 which were well deserved. The game I got 14 Day Banned, it was unfair. I had been if even lightly toxic to a player that was being toxic to the whole rest of the team (no one else was against me, we all agreed) so she reported (I suppose everyone for ''fk you noobs'' and well I got the finishing report and got banned for nothing. Then, I got banned here:

I know this is mild toxicity, I only cussed a few times; I said ''stfu'' because ofc if your team is attacking you and tilting you you will be tilted which I believe is understandable, and said fkn or such like twice. Is this really enough for a ban for 3+ people tilting you?

P.S. after my 14 day ban I was if even lightly toxic in some games from many; I controlled myself very well and if I was toxic at anytime I apologized for it and wasn't reported again. So this final report permabanned me; which means it goes for 1 report from 14 day to perma. Any thoughts? I really want help, put a lot of time into the account, and it's really unfair.

The 14 day ban is your final warning. Any further punishments after that point, regardless of severity end in a perma.

Valid permaban and valid report(s).

The game you are displaying is not hardcore by itself but takes place after a 14d ban, hence the permaban. After 14d ban, you are expected to be flawless, not less disruptive. If it was your very very first offense, maybe you would have only gotten 10 chat restrictions or nothing.

Same reasoning at each step: after 25cr, you are expected to be flawless, not less disruptive. The 14d ban was not unfair.

Its very important you understand you didnt lose the account for one game only. You are not being banned for an isolated disruptive game, you are being banned for a repeated pattern and accumulation of punishment. Also remember reform cards are almost never exhaustive.

The system doesn't punish based on severity alone. It punishes based on consistency x severity, meaning you can be punished for 1 game of extreme toxicity or many many games of mild toxicity.

In your case, it's certainly consistent toxicity that you your account permabanned.

Once i see arguing over who fed more, I know i couldnt care less about you getting banned. Keep that stupid petty shit out of chat. No one cares that someone insulted you, stop giving them the attention they crave. You just derail the game even more by engaging with them. I think you needed this punishment to open your eyes to that. Its not always about hurting peoples feewings with naughty words. Its about keeping focus on the game and using chat as a tool to help you win the game. You were doing good keeping it on the game up until "stfu im not the one inting okay?".

System is shit. Your chat is fine as much as a competitive game is concerned.

I don’t see a reason for someone to lose their account with skins and such for mild toxicity.

It’s not like you’ve gone racial or made heavy threats.

Alas, we have to play by the rules set by incompetent people.

Try to take it to support, maybe, if you get very lucky, they unban you. Otherwise just make a new account and never argue in chat.

People blame a lot in games. Frustration builds up when you’re losing. Don’t react to it. You know the feeling, you’ve probably also blamed people in your head or in chat, for fair reasons or otherwise. No one is above it.

Ignore toxic comments on this forum. Those are made by people with much higher morale standards, we don’t have mental capacity to understand.
