idk why but there is so many feeders and trolles on the pbe with is with that i see more feeder and trolls on pbe than i do on the normal servers

that's cos the player base is so small so in order to get people into matches, the MMR disparity is much higher.
This is also the reason why Riot says that PBE is a horrible place to balance the game, as the difference in people's skill is too different.
the PBE is basically a fully developed and client based blind pick, its the wild west over there. you can call yourself lucky if all 10 players even show up to their keyboards.
