Possibly Adding an In-game recorder for replays and personal use?

In other titles like cod. They give the option to record in-game which is super nice and doesn't affect the player at all. I wish that riot would add this to the game because it would really help players learn and advance their skill in league and hopefully create a more competitive environment. I love this feature in other games as it helps me to learn how to use certain items correctly but if I am using a third party program it slows my fps way down and the quality is never that good anyways. Another huge bonus for this is that it would help creating content for people's channels a lot easier and a lot less stressful. I myself want to start a LOL channel but never have the power needed to run both a third party recording device and the game! what is everyone's thought on this?
