I am Reformed after being banned previously, and Now I have been Falsely Banned Due to Troll reports

I have been falsely banned due to trolls reporting me, and 5 - man team sending in 5 false report on me all at once Game 1 - - - Go ahead and read these chat logs for game one: here is what happened: we had a yorrick top lane who was new to the champion. He died twice to Sion, and the chat logs will prove he got angry, and then he began intentionally feeding( which is 100% against the rules). I tried to help him and you can see at the end of the chat logs i encouraged him to learn from friends and not give up because of one game. I continually complimented my teamates throughout the chat logs for smart plays we made together.( we disrupted their jungler getting a buff, and we ganked a fizz in the river, a gank during which annie and jinx both landed their stuns nicely)finally albeit.

Here is the most incredible part of this ordeal - Their KINDREd told me i was "fucking garbage". why isnt he banned? thats despicable. As soon as i reported him for calling me fucking garbage, he got his whole 5 man pre-made to report me and ruin my account.

Anyways, mods, before you read the chat logs know this: I have read the terms for this game. You have the right to remove me from the game, withhold my account, and withhold whatever assets or money spent on the account IF I BREAK THE RULES. I have a very strong case against you guys that you're illegitimately stealing hundreds of dollars from me.

GAME 2: In this game, We ended up getting a warwick who trolled the WHOLE game( 100% against the rules) and didn't bring smite. His Friend was the support for my lane(soraka), so once i called him out on not bringing smite, he clearly told soraka to jsut feed the lane. which she DID. she was diving into them and going under their turret on purpose. Despicable behavior which i gave up thinking it would protect my account. And get this, this is the most amazing part. SHE LEFT the game! 100% against the rules. she disconnected from the game 10 minutes in and never came back. This tribunal system is unbelievable. Why are there no logs of what my teammates were saying? and no logs of them feeding, or leaving the games? I was also lagging and called out the thresh for hooking me out of range, which is irrelevant and not toxic. I told soraka it was better off she was at spawn AFTER she LEFT the GAME. how on earth can any of this be seen as toxic? she broke one of the most punishable rules of the game, by disconnecting, and I cant say something? i didn't even swear or tell her that shes bad.

Game 2 : lmao : no smite on our jg and everyone took tp : gg : warwick me and soraka will have to leash u when u come here to let us know when : no way that hitted me broken hitboz : was out of range : soraka dont farm the cs : thresh throws his arm beside me and i get hooked ok : soraka really : gg feeder support : this is gonna be much fun : tears : its not that shes weak swhe keeps gettinh ooked : how is this kid hooking me its clearly missing and going beside me : so broken : blantantly went beside me : wtf : kid ur hook went beside me : it. went. beside me so blatantly : way beside me : miss : ty soraka just wait at spawn u were making it worse by feeding : thank god : im better off now : for what : she was trolling : not really anything i can do 2v1 with a feeder support and a glitched thresh who hooks me when im sleathed and when hes missing everytime : warwick u didnt even bring smite how can u report me when ive done nothing negative : no because soraka broke the rules by leaving and feeding : and warwick is filing false reports : its ok : anyone interested in helping me or am i gonna fight eveyrone alone : dont ff we can win : 5v4

GAME 3:

This game was Just me trolling, vs an ekko who was calling me a hacker the WHOLE game to make fun of me because i was losing so badly. WHERE are his chat logs? he was insulting me and trolling me the whole game calling me a scripter because i was losing so badly and couldnt kill him. Im at a loss for how this tribunal system works. You people just stole more of my money for no reason. So disapointing. How can you have an automated report/ ban system on a game where customers spend upwards of hundreds of dollars? I am so confused.

All in all. i guess being reformed doesnt protect your account, or your money. I wasted all my effort trying to help people. How come you didnt look at my 30+ games' chat logs wherein i was helping people and being a fabulous teammate for everyone? I dont think i deserve to be banned please look into this.

Jesus kid Learn to just shut the hell up and play. When I started playing last year I was toxic, once I realized how bad it made the game I stopped. Instantly climbed to gold last season shortly after. Your toxic. You deserved the ban. Just for talking so much shit alone... To think otherwise Is comical. I only needed to look at game 1. Telling yorick how to play, blaming him for feeding etc. This is why your where your at in elo and banned...

Edit: I just have to say it's hilarious that you act like this in a norms. I can't imagine you in ranked. And for you to not see how toxic you are, you definitely haven't changed. Here's a tip, everyone here that's told you that you were toxic aren't trolls. You posted this asking for an opinion, our opinion is your extremely toxic. If you want to make the game more enjoyable just DONT TALK TO YOUR TEAMMATES. Ping and thats it

These chat logs are from 30-60 minute games... I dont type that much i thought. This is so confusing for me. I was clearly throughout the chat logs, complimenting and helping people. There isnt even a single swear word or toxic anything in there. Im so confused. I genuinely think im reformed. I am at a loss for why people are saying these soft chat logs are toxic. You cant call out feeders and trolls in a "competitive" game? maybe this isnt for me. Perhaps ile stick to lifting weights and having a real job instead of joining this army of cry babies who cannot even handle the softest, most passive methods of calling out trolls and rule breakers. I did nothing wrong. ive read my chat logs numerous times trying my hardest to figure out where i went wrong. But i cant find anything.

Most importantly: I went from swearing, telling people theyre shit, to helping people 9/10 and being a fantastic reformed positive player. I guess it means nothing and gets cancelled out as soon as you call out Trolls. So i get the same treatment as the disgustingly toxic, unreformed players, who get permanent bans for saying despicable things, swearing, and genuinely being toxic. And theres no sympathy or middle ground for people who call out rules breakers and trolls.

What is confusing to you? It doesn't matter how long the game is. It doesn't matter if you were swearing or not. Just shut up and play. Stop being negative at all! Is yorick feeding on purpose? Cool whatever report him after and try to practice to better your champ. Is the Ekko cheating? Cool whatever report him after and just imagine how good it would feel to get a kill on him since he's using a script Is your jungles not coming to your lane? Get used to it, it happens. Learn to not depend on a gank.

Once you learn to stop talking in the game I promise you will enjoy this game 100000x more

Edit: you keep saying you don't see the toxicity. Dude... Come on. Are there players who are more toxic then you? Of course. But it doesn't matter your both toxic and hurting other people's experiences.

I can't stress this enough, the second you hit "enter" on your keyboard to say anything that's not 100% positive (like wp, gj, ty, etc) then your going to end up hurting your own experience and theirs. Again these were NORMALS. You don't lose rank for losing..... I just had a game a few weeks ago where my adc stood at the fountain and afkd because he was mad the jungled didn't come bot lane. It sucked, and it was a ranked game. We lost, but whatever we reported him and moved on. No point in stressing about something so dumb. Maybe league isn't for you. Maybe you get too caught up in it to be that passionate about a norms game probably isn't healthy.

If you were banned, it's not because a group of people just randomly decided they don't like you for no reason. We'll get to that in a moment.

That's it. No more description. It doesn't matter what they did. You are responsible for your own behavior.

You don't know that. They could've been punished, or it might not have been enough for a punishment. It takes more than one game in most cases to receive a punishment.

All of this is harassment and negative behavior, and this is just game one. Asking for reports is a really easy way to get punished. Games two and three don't look any better either. This is a very justified punishment.

Haha, that's funny. Riot has the right to do what they want with your account. They could just permanently ban everyone on their first offence, but they chose to give three warnings to players before doing so. Obviously you didn't listen to them.

I understand that youve been on this board listening to liars and trolls bro. But youre wrong on this one. I have no access to the other players' chat logs to prove my case. You should read the descriptions before each chat log. Otherwize you're just making things worse for me when I have been a very helpful reformed player in all my games since suspension. Just leave this thread be until a mod replies or an admin. If they say im toxic( which will always be false with these chat logs), then so be it. I will find something else to do in my spare time. Just stay away if you dont understand.

Prove your case? You already gave us all we need to prove that you are a toxic player: your own chat logs. How many times do I have to say it before you understand:

It literally doesn't matter what those descriptions say. You are evaluated solely on those chat logs. Nothing more, nothing less. If a mod, Arbiter, or Rioter were to come to this thread, they will tell you the exact same thing I did, but might be a little more polite about it.

Could you point out The toxic parts of my chat logs? Maybe I am wrong. I thought i was reformed bro. If its in the rules that i cant call out other people who are blatantly breaking Crucial rules, without even swearing or using hatespeach mind you, then so be it. when they come in here and tell me I am allegedly toxic and wont be unbanned. Ile just find something else to do. Its so disapointing. I wish copyrights didnt apply to games. I would prefer to play this game under a company that allows you to tell the truth and call out cheaters and rule breakers without being accused of toxic behaviour.

I already gave you a large block of text from game one with plenty of negative behavior in it. The reason why you are not allowed to call out players on their behavior is because it breeds hostility between the players in that game, regardless of whether or not the original "troll" is actually trolling or just having a bad game. Asking for reports is considered harassment since it does exactly this. Just report them yourself; one report is all it takes.

Ultimately it doesn't matter.

It generally takes a good bit of crap before you get yourself in trouble, and if you're claiming to be "reformed" and on here trying to justify either a 2nd account suspension or ban (honestly didnt sort through any of this thread), then problem is going to be with you.

You clearly don't seem to grasp how the rules work (whether you agree with them or not), and that you are getting into it with other players far too often. You didn't learn the first time, so use this chance now.

It's on you to know how things work here and be prepared for the consequences of what you do.
